Product photography with some tricky glass bottles. Scarlett & Mustard, a new Suffolk-based food business approached me to look after a new range of product shots to launch their beautiful new bottle designs
Yesterday I set up my small commercial photography studio to photograph some lovely new sauce bottles. I had everything set up just how I imagined it needed to be, but once the products were in the 'spotlight' something wasn't quite right. I had un-wanted light bouncing all over them and shadow where I really didn't need it.
Scarlett & Mustard are a Suffolk-based food company run by Sandy Ruddock.
I began attaching white tissue paper to anything I could, until I eventually I couldn't get to the camera to take the shot. I decided I needed to take everything apart and start again. It was totally worth the effort as I eventually got the perfect lighting.
I'm really happy with the end result and so is the client.
I think they look rather yummy, don't you?!
